Step 2: Book a Consultation

Book a Consultation - Select Slot and Pay

From the Lawyer's Profile​

Click Book a Consultation on the lawyer's profile page.

Select a Date and Time​

A calendar shows available dates (green dots = available). Click a date, then choose a 30-minute slot.

Times are shown in your local timezone. Only future slots with sufficient notice are shown.

Read the Booking Terms​

An inline checkbox appears: "I have read and agree to the Booking Terms & Conditions."

Tick the checkbox - you must do this before proceeding. You can click the link to read the full terms.

Pay the £15 Fee​

Click Confirm & Pay. You are taken to a Stripe Checkout page.

Enter your card details (or use Apple Pay/Google Pay). The £15 fee is charged immediately.

After payment, your booking is confirmed. You receive:

  • An email confirmation with the date and time
  • A reminder email 15 minutes before the call

Create an Account (if not already)​

If you are not logged in, you are asked to create an account before booking. Account creation is free and takes under 2 minutes.
