Plan My Case - Free AI Legal Advisor

What is Plan My Case?

Plan My Case is a free AI-powered legal advisor at esolicitors.com/plan-my-case. You do not need to sign up or book a consultation to use it.

You describe your legal situation in plain English. The AI asks a few clarifying questions, then produces a personalised legal plan.

How to Use It

  1. Go to esolicitors.com/plan-my-case
  2. Describe your situation in the text box (e.g., "My landlord is refusing to return my deposit and isn't responding to messages")
  3. Answer the clarifying questions the AI asks
  4. Click Generate My Plan
  5. Your plan appears within 30–60 seconds

What Your Plan Contains

  • A plain-English explanation of the relevant law
  • Key facts (time limits, thresholds, fees) verified against gov.uk and official sources
  • Your options and next steps
  • Which type of lawyer you should speak to
  • Matched lawyers and services from the eSolicitors marketplace

Plan My Case provides legal information - not legal advice. Your plan will say:

"This plan was generated by AI from publicly available legal information. It is for guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. For advice specific to your circumstances, consult a qualified solicitor."

Emergency Situations

If your description mentions a legal emergency (domestic abuse, arrest, immediate eviction, serious debt), the platform shows emergency helpline numbers FIRST, before generating your plan. In a genuine emergency, call the helpline or 999 - do not wait for an AI plan.

After Your Plan

If your plan confirms you need a solicitor:

  1. Click Find a Lawyer in your plan to go to the AI matching wizard
  2. Browse the recommended lawyers shown in your plan
  3. Book a £15 consultation from any lawyer's profile

The consultation will give you a much more precise, personalised scope from a qualified solicitor who has spoken with you directly.

Privacy

Your legal description is stored in your browser session (sessionStorage) - not in the URL. This means it does not appear in browser history or referrer headers. Anonymous users are not asked for any personal information.
