Platform Overview

What is eSolicitors?
eSolicitors is a UK-based legal services marketplace that connects clients with qualified solicitors and barristers. Unlike traditional legal referral services, eSolicitors uses AI to streamline the scoping, quoting, and delivery of legal work.
Who is it for?
- Clients - individuals or businesses who need legal help
- Lawyers - solicitors, barristers, and attorneys who want to offer their services online
- Law firms - firms who want a multi-seat presence with shared resources
The Three Portals
eSolicitors has three separate portals, each designed for a different user:
| Portal | URL | For |
|---|---|---|
| Client portal | esolicitors.com/client | Clients managing their legal matters |
| Lawyer portal | esolicitors.com/lawyer | Solicitors and barristers running their practice |
| Admin portal | esolicitors.com/admin | Platform staff (internal only) |
The Core Workflow
- Client finds a lawyer on the marketplace
- Client books a £15, 30-minute AI Scoping Consultation
- The consultation is video-based and AI-transcribed in real time
- After the call, the eSolicitors AI engine generates a structured scope report
- The lawyer reviews and approves the scope
- Both parties formally proceed (with a cooling-off period)
- Client pays the full matter amount upfront (held in escrow)
- Lawyer delivers work in milestones
- Client approves each milestone to release funds
- Matter complete
